Recently, our factory has successfully accepted the special inspection on fire safety in the wooden house production process conducted by higher authorities. During the inspection, the working group carried out comprehensive and detailed verification of our factory’s fire safety work through on-site visits to workshops, review of account books and data, and on-site inquiries of employees. Our factory attaches great importance to this inspection, actively cooperated throughout the process, and truthfully reported the progress of various tasks to ensure the efficient advancement of the inspection.
The inspection focused on key links such as the storage of wooden house production raw materials, the configuration of fire-fighting facilities in processing workshops, the standards for the use of electrical equipment, and the formulation and drill of emergency plans. It was found that our factory has established a sound fire safety management system, clarified the safety responsibilities of each post, and regularly conducted inspection and maintenance on fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and other facilities to ensure they are intact and effective. The raw material storage area strictly divides the fire separation distance and implements ventilation and moisture-proof measures. We also regularly organize fire safety training and emergency drills for employees to improve their overall safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
In response to the partial detail optimization suggestions put forward by the working group during the inspection, our factory held a special meeting to study and rectify immediately. In the follow-up, we will further refine the fire safety management process, increase the frequency of daily inspections, focus on investigating potential hazards such as the aging of electrical circuits and workshop dust cleaning, improve emergency material reserves, and continuously consolidate the effectiveness of fire safety work. Taking this inspection as an opportunity, our factory will establish a long-term management mechanism, resolutely prevent all types of fire accidents, and ensure the safety and stability of production and operation.
